Terms of use
Last updated October 2026.
These terms cover your use of cubbygo.com (the “Site”) and the digital resources sold on it. The Site is operated by Grant Corporation of Lancaster, California (“CubbyGo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or buying a resource you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
Each purchase is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one teacher to download the file, print it, and copy it for use with their own students. Free resources have the same license.
What you may not do
- Share, sell, post, or distribute the files or any part of them, in print or online, including on file-sharing sites, social media, class websites open to the public, or other marketplaces.
- Remove our name or branding, or claim the work as your own.
- Use the files to train machine-learning models or to build a competing product.
School or district use for more than one teacher needs a multi-teacher license; contact us.
Accounts and downloads
You can create a free account as a buyer, a seller, or both. You must be at least 18 or a school staff member. Seller accounts are subject to a separate seller agreement when seller sign-ups open. We use passwordless sign-in links sent to your email. Keep your inbox secure; anyone with access to it can sign in. We may limit downloads that look like abuse.
Prices, taxes, and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe. Sales tax may be added where required. Our refund policy is part of these terms.
Accuracy
We work hard to make resources accurate and age-appropriate, and we fix mistakes when we learn of them. You are responsible for choosing materials that fit your students and for checking that they match your state or district standards. Resources are provided “as is”, without warranties beyond what the law requires, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for the resource involved.
Copyright concerns
If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, see our copyright page.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
