Privacy policy

CubbyGo (operated by Grant Corporation, Lancaster, California) sells resources for teachers. This page explains what we collect and why. We do not sell your personal information.

What we collect

• Account details: your email, name, and whether you want to buy, sell, or both, if you create an account. If you choose “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, email address, and Google account ID from Google, and nothing else.
• Email address, when you order, sign in, join the list, or contact us.
• Wishlist and browsing: products you save, and (if you are signed in) products you view, so we can show “recently viewed” and recommendations. When you are signed out, this is kept only in a cookie in your browser.
• Order details: what you bought, when, the amount, and tax. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Download records: which file, when, and the IP address, to protect against abuse.
• Messages you send through the contact form and reviews you write.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited and device type, used to keep the Site working and secure.

The Site is for adults (teachers and school staff). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

How we use it

To deliver your purchases, send receipts and sign-in links, answer your messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and, if you join the list, send you free resources and product news. You can unsubscribe from those emails with one click in any of them; we will still send order receipts and sign-in links.

Who we share it with

• Stripe processes payments (their privacy policy).
• Cloudflare helps deliver and protect the Site and provides cookie-free analytics.
• Google Analytics, only if you agree to it on our banner (Google’s privacy policy).
• Our hosting and email run on servers operated by Grant Corporation.
• We disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your cart, your wishlist and recently viewed items (when you are signed out), and keep you signed in after you use an emailed link. We use privacy-friendly Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. If you say yes to our banner, we also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and sends usage data (pages visited, device type, approximate location, with your IP address shortened) to Google so we can improve the site. You can say no, and the site works the same. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information by writing to [email protected] or using the contact form. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell data). We keep order records as long as the law and our accounting require.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
