Refund policy

Digital files cannot be returned, so we try to make refunds easy instead of making you argue for them.

30-day refund

If you are not happy with a purchase for any reason, email us within 30 days of ordering and we will refund it in full to your original payment method. Refunds usually show up in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Broken or misdescribed files

If a file will not open, is missing pages, or is not what the listing said, tell us at any time. We will fix it and send the corrected file, or refund you if you prefer.

How to ask

Use the contact form or reply to your receipt email. Include your order number or the email you ordered with. When a refund is issued, access to that file in your account ends.

Free resources

Free resources have nothing to refund. If one has a problem, please tell us so we can fix it.
